Using Planly

Planly is a tool for planning group trips. By using it you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. You need to be at least 13 to use it.

Your account and what you add

  • Keep your login to yourself; you’re responsible for what happens on your account.
  • What you add stays yours. You let Planly store it and show it to the people on your trips.
  • Only add things you have the right to share, and nothing unlawful, harassing or harmful to others.
  • We don’t tolerate objectionable content or abusive behavior. Hosts can remove people from their trips, and we remove content or accounts that break these terms.
  • See something that shouldn’t be there? Report it and we’ll look into it.

Money

Planly only keeps track of costs and who owes who. It doesn’t move money, hold deposits or process payments: people pay each other directly, outside Planly, and mark it paid. We’re not responsible for payments between travelers or for any disputes about them.

Bookings and suggestions

Stays, tours, restaurants and other places shown or suggested in Planly are for planning only, and some are samples. Links go to other companies’ sites; any booking is between you and them. Check details, prices and opening times yourself before relying on them.

No guarantees

Planly is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of mistakes, and to the extent the law allows we aren’t liable for losses from using it.

Leaving, changes and contact

You can stop using Planly and delete your account at any time from your account. If these terms change, we’ll update the date at the top. Questions: planlyapp.help@gmail.com.
